Canoeing & Kayaking at Chalet Berwyn

The Briancon area is very popular with outdoor enthusiasts and especially canoeists.

Our activity pub business in North Wales has brought us into contact with a large number of paddlers many of who have already experienced the excellent paddling in the Briancon Area.

The establishment of Chalet Berwyn is a natural extension of our business allowing us to offer self catering accommodation to paddlers in the summer.

The chalet is superbly located for access to many of the rivers in the area including the Durance, the Gyr, the Onde, the Gironde, the Guisane and the Ubaye. (There is an access point onto the Durance opposite the chalet). In addition there is an international slalom course at L'Argentiere about 20 minutes away.
